Ingredients:
For the Dough:

- 1 packet **instant yeast**

- 1 cup **warm water**

- 2 1/2 cups **bread flour**

- 1 teaspoon **salt**

- 2 tablespoons **olive oil**

- 1 teaspoon **sugar**

For the Toppings:

- 1 cup **tomato sauce**

- 2 cloves **garlic**, minced

- 1 teaspoon **dried oregano**

- 1 teaspoon **dried basil**

- Salt and **pepper** to taste

- 1 cup **mozzarella cheese**, shredded

- 1/2 cup **feta cheese**, crumbled

- 1 **zucchini**, thinly sliced

- 1 **yellow bell pepper**, sliced

- 1 **red onion**, thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup **black olives**, sliced

- **Fresh basil**, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:

   - In a bowl, dissolve the instant yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.

   - In a separate bowl, combine bread flour, salt, olive oil, and sugar. Pour in the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.

   - Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

2. Make the Sauce:

   - In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

   - Stir in tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, then set aside.

3. Assemble the Pizza:

   - Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

   - Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a circle on a floured surface.

   - Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

   - Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border.

   - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.

   - Top with crumbled feta cheese.

4. Bake the Pizza:

   - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

   - Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
